Virtual Planning(starting $99)

(tailored to client’s budget)

E-Virtual planning is an economical way to hiring a wedding coordinator. This service is perfect for the couple who is planning their wedding on a very small budget, an intimate wedding where only guidance is needed or a small wedding away from home. We provide a virtual consultant to assistance in planning via email, fax & telephone call as needed, throughout the wedding planning process. We will create a personalized wedding checklist that gives a detail layout of what is needed for the event. Budgeting, selecting vendors/ vendors meeting, event timeline and wedding day scheduling will be provided as well.

We offer advice, guidance and support all via email. Simply email us your ideas, desires, worries or questions and we will respond within 2-4 hours (7am-11pm PST); if not sooner (Guaranteed). This package offers indefinite emails and unlimited phone calls from date hired to wedding day! In this package your Virtual Coordinator will outline, summarize and design a blueprint for all the events details in a simple format; for the couple to follow. This cost effective package will greatly reduces long hours, stress, and over spending that is often associated with the wedding planning process.

Extra Special Occasion(starting $199)

Extra Special Occasion package is ideal for couples that has made the wedding preparations, but would like to relax and enjoy their wedding day without the stress of all the little details and trying directing the entire events. Variable time in planning and perfecting every phase of your wedding has been done; now it is time to let CLH execute, direct all the elements you have put in place for your wedding day.

With this package clients will receive a consultant to direct wedding day festivities for the ceremony and/or reception. CLH will be responsible for putting all of the elements and details in place on the wedding day. This cost effective package greatly reduces the stress, minimizes supervision of the activities that is occupied with the wedding planning process.

NOTE: For “Day Of” service, the client will take the responsibility of preparing a timeline, confirming details and commitments with vendors, and all other related duties. The consultant will carry out the duties based on the client’s planning, request, and preparations.

“Month Of” planning service can be added. With this addition the consultant will handle preparing the timeline, confirm details with vendors and related duties the client wishes the coordinator oversee.

Your wedding consultant will:

  • Meet with the couple three weeks before the wedding day to discuss the your vision, expectations, event timeline, special instruction, and/or any concerns: (1 hour maximum)
  • Contact all selected vendors prior to your wedding (if needed).  A week before the nuptials, CLH will review contacts with all vendors to confirm arrangements, delivery times, set-ups, etc.
  • Help coordinate and attend your rehearsal (2 hours maximum) Be on-site during set-up and for the deliveries
  • Assist with basic decor (centerpieces, chair covers, sashes décor, etc.) and last minute placement details
  • Direct ceremony and reception from set-up to clean-up or as needed

Attend to all details and any issues that may arise in order for the event to run smoothly, on-time and according to couple’s wishes.

Optimum Assistance

For the client who wants customized details for their wedding event. Couple’s may just need help with certain services; CLH can help create a personalized a la carte package. Anything from assistance with finding qualified wedding professionals, contract review, family issues, etiquette questions or design ideas.

A la create is a simple resource for you to optimize the vision of your occasion. This alternative allows you to pick and choose serves within the different packages to best meet your needs.

Grande Affair

Full Service Package(starting $390)

Four different packages based on the SIZE and BUDGET of the event:

[1] bronze (2-25 Guests)  [2] sliver (26-75 Guests)  [3] gold (76-120 Guests)  [4] platinum (121 + Guests)

This is for the couple who expects all the details involved in the planning process to be handled by CLH. The client simply wants the comfort of having a coordinator attend to all details of the occasion from the engagement to finally  the big day.

Have CLH take care of all the researching and coordinating, so you can put your time and energy into the fun and exciting part of the planning process.

In this package your wedding coordinator will:

  • Hold strategy meeting to create a realistic budget, and establish the wedding theme and décor based on the couple’s desires.
  • Be an advocate for the couple and make sure the best services, quality, and prices are attained.
  • Create a personalized wedding checklist, timeline and provide a complete detailed calendar of events (binder can be given once the wedding is over for memorabilia)
  • Provide a minimum of 3 vendor referrals in all the different categories based on client’s desires and budget
  • Guide in location & venue selection; secure and finalizing details once the perfect site is chosen

Either accompany couple to site tours and vendor meetings or attend them when client can’t (Up to 20)

  • Assist and negotiate with vendor selection and for ceremony and reception (florist, photography, videography, officiate, entertainment, hair and make-up artist etc)…
  • Provide a sample of important-to-ask question for vendor meeting
  • Manage vendor payments schedule, for timely payments
  • Unlimited e-mails and calls; throughout planning process (7 am – 11 pm PST)
  • Assist in selection of wedding attire, stationery, cake selection, menu selections, coordinate and organize the ceremony rehearsal and/or the rehearsal dinner (maximum 2  hours)
  • Review & re-negotiate contracts as needed
  • Assist in ordering accessories such as: favors, bridal party gifts, guest book, ring pillow, toasting glasses and cake server etc. (will complete order if needed)
  • Assist in designing the style of event desired, décor suggestions, and etiquette advice
  • Negotiate group rates and block off hotel rooms for out-of-town guests
  • Arrange for printing of your ceremony programs
  • One week prior to your event, contact and go over the itinerary with your vendors
  • On wedding day to set up: place cards, guest book, toasting glasses, cake server, programs, bubbles, favors, etc (collected day of rehearsal)
  • Create detailed wedding day itinerary for bridal party and vendors to ensure the day flows very smoothly
  • Assistance with seating arrangement, Wedding day direction (oversee all details on your wedding day)
  • Keep bride and groom posted of what’s coming
  • Greet vendors, coordinate set-up of the ceremony/reception DECOR and work side by side with your vendors
  • Direct ushers with seating and program distribution Processional line-up and giving wedding party cues for when to walk
  • Assist with wedding party or guests who have special needs
  • Instruct guests who arrive late
  • Assisting DJ or MC in guiding guests through the day and on to the next scheduled events
  • Gathering and cue wedding party for grand entrance at the reception
  • Disperse final payments / gratuities if needed
  • Arranging return of all rentals such as: unity candles, candelabra’s, wedding arches, etc
  • Ready and available to handle the unexpected situation; (Diplomatically).
  • Etiquette advice
  • Arrive 2 hours prior to ceremony and remain on site until the last guest leaves
  • Anticipate problems before they arise and solve them, most times without the bride and groom even knowing about them.
